What this Privacy Policy Covers - This Privacy Policy covers LearningSim's treatment of personally identifiable information that LearningSim collects when you are on the LearningSim site, and when you use LearningSim services. This policy also covers LearningSim's treatment of any personally identifiable information that LearningSim's business partners share with LearningSim. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that LearningSim does not own or control, or to people that LearningSim does not employ or manage.

Information Collection and Use - LearningSim collects personally identifiable information when you register for LearningSim online classes and when you receive or purchase certain LearningSim products and services. LearningSim may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners. When you purchase products or services from LearningSim, we ask for your name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and credit card information. Once you receive free or paid goods or services from LearningSim, you are not anonymous to us. LearningSim also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, LearningSim cookie information, and the page you requested. LearningSim uses information for three general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see on our pages, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and to contact you about specials and new products.

Information Sharing and Disclosure - LearningSim will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.
